Today is Take Control Day in my planner
Hey I already know me & had written in my planner to Take Charge
or rather ReTake Charge to get me jump started on New Years Plans
I know that the stats say that by March 1st the majority of people have given up
on whatever new years resolutions or plans that they had made
So each year I write in my planners to check on my progress

What honestly was just too high of a goal that needs to be broken down into smaller parts?
It's March so it's time to start sorting the Makeup
Winter colors OUT & Spring colors IN
Weigh In time to be honest with self )0;} bummer
with the sun staying out longer I am slightly motivated to exercise more
I'm being honest until it's actually warmer I'm not highly motivated
but to get me more motivated I have gotten Curves Sportswear
I have been using the "Slimming Shorts" (yes you will lose water weight wearing them) while doing the housework around the house under my ugly grey house cleaning sweats
