The Quality I value most in my friends & family is Honesty - speak up & answer the questions Honestly & Openly & With Details if needed - misunderstandings & fights happen when people aren't honest when answering questions & omitting needed information is a still a lie & results in distrust when the Whole Truth comes out later (it always does) so just be honest to start with & in the long run there's a lot less problems
